- Full Drivers Licence or minimum restricted license as long as full license is obtainable within a short period of time. - Able to pass a pre-employment drug test. - Convictions considered on a case by case basis as long as candidate is transparent with employer. - Good level of physical fitness. - Pass a medical assessment and undertake a pre-employment ACC check - Up to date presentable CV and two contactable references. - Reliable transport to work. - Strong work ethic and reliability. - Additional vehicle endorsements such as Class 2, 4, 5 or WTR not required but desirable. - Traffic management/control related qualifications not required but desirable. - Prior physical based work history/experience. - A enthusiastic and coachable attitude is a must! - Good communication skills.
