Events & Sales Associate (Beauty, Health & Hospitality)

We have full time roles available at our head office in Wellington City for Events & Sales Associate (Beauty, Health & Hospitality Industries).

We’re assembling a dynamic Promotions & Sales Team to support our exciting calendar of campaigns and events across multiple industries, from beauty and spa, physiotherapy, hospitality, education, and health.

We’re looking for adaptable and enthusiastic individuals ready to take on a flexible, customer-facing role that makes a real impact in the Wellington community.

What You’ll Be Doing: • Supporting and running scheduled promotional events • Selling a range of products across our diverse group of businesses • Assisting with outreach campaigns for our medical centre • Helping launch and promote our new physiotherapy site in Lyall Bay • Engaging customers at events, pop-ups, and in-store promotions • Representing our brand with professionalism, energy, and care

What We’re Looking For: • Confident and outgoing, with a natural ability to engage with others • Personable and approachable – someone who enjoys meeting new people and building connections • Experienced in face-to-face customer service and confident interacting with diverse communities • Digitally savvy, with solid computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly • Strong communicators – both verbal and written – with a positive, can-do attitude • Self-motivated and reliable, able to work independently and as part of a team • Comfortable working in dynamic environments such as community events, retail spaces, or pop-up activations

• Availability to work weekends and commit to a flexible schedule. • Full NZ driver’s licence (Restricted considered if you can obtain your full license immediately) • Background and a reasonable level of experience in promotions, customer service, sales, or marketing • Professional presentation and excellent people skills • A quick learner with a strong work ethic and team spirit
