Shift Supervisor

A Te Puke Pizza outlet needs a Shift Supervisor, who will, support daily store operations by helping open/close the store and keeping everything running smoothly during your shift. • Guide the team during your shift by assigning tasks, giving clear instructions, and offering help when needed. • Learn to manage stock by counting supplies and helping place orders using our store system (ARMS). • Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, solving problems, and making sure every customer is satisfied. • Keep the store clean and organized, making sure everything looks good and follows our brand's standards. • Make sure shelves and stations are fully stocked so customers and staff have everything they need. • Handle payments and orders at the register accurately and quickly. • Prepare pizzas and other food items with care, following safety and quality guidelines. • Help the team meet daily goals, such as fast service, clean workspaces, and happy customers.

Previous relevant work experience is preferred, however we provide full training. Available to work evenings and weekends.
