We are seeking a hands-on and highly organized Production Manager to oversee the daily manufacturing of our noodle and pastry products. This role requires a skilled professional capable of producing all products independently or with team support, while ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities: -Manufacture all noodle and pastry products, both independently and with assistance as needed. -Plan and manage daily production schedules to meet demand and efficiency targets. -Maintain the highest standards of product quality and consistency across all items. -Oversee food safety compliance, including preparation for and interaction with food safety auditors. -Ensure all necessary ingredients are in stock and available for uninterrupted production. -Monitor and coordinate regular maintenance and servicing of production equipment.

Job Requirements

- a background in production operations or bakery and food prep - physically fit - passionate about learning the art of noodle and pastry making - have the ability to apply basic maths and physics to food preparation - high attention to detail

6-7am till 3-4pm Mon to Fri 8am-12pm Sat (47 hours per week)
