Retail Supervisor
About this job
1. Managing restaurant staff's work schedules. 2. Conduction regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained. 3. Overseeing food preparation, presentation and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations. 4. Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service. 5.Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked. 6. Monitoring the restaurant's cash flow. 7. Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner. 8. Ensuring that goods and services are correctly priced and displayed. 9. Taking inventory of goods for sale and ordering new stock. 10. Seek ways to cut off waste and decrease operational costs. 11. Attend quarterly P&L meetings. 12. Assisting RM in day to day activities of the restaurant.

- Monday to Sunday rotating roster 10.30am to 11pm (30 hours per week)
