Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead front-of-house staff to ensure efficient and friendly customer service Coordinate staff rosters, breaks, and task allocation Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies Oversee cash handling and reconcile daily takings Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards Assist in staff training and onboarding of new employees Support the manager in opening and closing duties
Job Requirements
requirement Tertiary, or Relevant Level 5 Diploma or above may substitute for the required experience. such as public administration field/businesses/management. Qualification that demonstrates strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills that are highly valuable in a supervisory position.
