Sales Support/Telemarketer (Based in Bishopdale)

The Role: • Telemarketing focused on acquiring new customers. • Generate leads for our Area Managers to quote. • Identify potential clients and businesses that require commercial cleaning services. • Work with the Area Managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers. • Maintain and update our CRM to ensure accurate record keeping. • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals set by the company. This involves a proactive approach to sales and consistently seeking new opportunities.

This is a 15 to 30 hours per week role with flexible working hours available to the right candidate along with a competitive wage and generous bonus programme.

• Excellent telephone manners and customer service skills. • Great communication skills, both written and verbal. • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Telemarketing roles, however you will be trained on the job. • Proven phone-based sales experience • Self-motivation with the ability to work well within a team - a people person. • You will love working in a team environment and be confident communicating with a diverse range of customers and prospects. • A genuine affinity with talking to customers. • Building relationships with our NZ-wide support team will be critical to success in this role.
