Food and Beverage Attendant
About this job
Assist with the services of the hotel outlets, the restaurant opens from breakfast to dinner, conferencing, banqueting and events and bartending. Acknowledge loyalty members and be familiar with their benefits. Take and deliver orders to guests working cohesively with our kitchen department to ensure consistency and accuracy. Responsible for serving alcohol as required by operations following legislation and best practice. Knowledgeable about the menu and the food items used. Prepare and operate the restaurant/bar for our daily breakfast offering and setting banquets space.
Job Requirements
Have at least 6 months to 2 years experience. Barista experience is preferred and advantageous.
