About this job
Ensure customers receive prompt service and high-quality food & beverages. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. Planned and managed staff schedules to ensure smooth daily operations. train, evaluate, and mentor team members, fostering a positive work environment. Guide on handling complex customer interactions and sales situations. Oversee inventory levels, place orders, and ensure stock is well-managed. Maintain accurate pricing and promotional setups. Enforce health, safety, and security procedures to create a safe workspace. Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements to enhance service efficiency. Lead by example, motivating the team to deliver exceptional service.
Job Requirements
- Reliable and able to multi task. - Experience managing restaurant / bar. - LCQ and Duty Managers certificate is an advantage.
- Days of work
- Mon - Sun rostered between 11am-8pm. Two days off a week. (32 hours per week)

- $27-$32 per hour depending on experience
