Truck Drivers

Seeking Truck Drivers with a minimum of a Class 4 valid Driver License and a clean driving record for a transportation company to drive in Auckland. Duties will include to check the condition and security of the load. Ensure shipment contents match the manifest document. Follow predetermined routes for timely transport and delivery. Communicate with dispatch and customers as needed. Perform vehicle inspections before and after each trip. Monitor weather conditions and road reports before departure. Maintain and service vehicle as needed such as refuelling, changing oil, check tyre pressure, repairs etc. Report any major maintenance or delivery issues. Follow delivery schedules and take appropriate rest breaks. Maintain detailed driving and delivery logs. Track and report working hours. Follow and adhere to company rules, regulations, and traffic laws. Prioritize safety at all times. Load and unload goods. Follow correct safety procedures. Keep records and check invoices for goods carried. Observe all safety requirements during loading and unloading. You need to be available to work early mornings until late at night as required, including working weekends. The role is 8 hours a day with starting hours between 6am to 8pm Monday to Sunday, a minimum of 30 hours a week. A valid Truck Driver's license with a minimum Class 4 Licence. Hold a clean driving history. Be available to work early mornings until late nights. Be available to work on weekends.
