Compliance & Food Safety Staff Leadership & Development Support the Store Manager in training, motivating, and developing the team. Prepare and manage staff rosters effectively. Store Operations Oversee daily opening and closing operations. Manage inventory control, ordering, and regular stock takes. Ensure store merchandising is visually appealing, clean, and well-stocked. Monitor stock rotation practices. Handle cash reconciliation, petty cash management, and banking duties. Provide exceptional customer service in a welcoming store environment. Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently. Compliance & Security
Job Requirements
At least 12 months' relevant experience in a grocery or supermarket leadership role Must have reliable transport to Omaha Beach
