ECL Group is seeking a Project Supervisor to join our dynamic Energy Solutions team. In this leadership role, you will oversee on-site civil, mechanical, and electrical activities for our energy solutions projects. With a focus on safety, compliance, and operational excellence, you will ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and within scope.
As Project Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of deploying innovative energy infrastructure, ensuring all installations meet quality and safety standards. During project downtime, you will also support the wider Energy Solutions team by assisting with on-site installations and maintenance. Your hands-on involvement and leadership will directly contribute to the overall success of the business unit.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct site surveys and manage job packs to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects. Coordinate with the Project Manager and contractors to resolve operational challenges. Lead site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety audits. Ensure seamless project handovers and document any remedial work required. Provide hands-on support to the Energy Solutions team with on-site installations where required.
About You:
Electrical or mechanical trade background is desirable.. Operational knowledge of the Energy or Civil Works industries is desirable. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and multiple stakeholders. Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Job Requirements
1- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within NZ in Site Supervision within the Energy or Construction sectors. Overseas experience not considered. 2- Strong understanding of Health and Safety legislation and Construction Compliance processes. 3- Have an up to date CV, and a Cover Letter, outlining your relevant experience and qualifications. 4- a Full Class 1 NZ Driving Licence. No demerits in order to drive the company vehicle. 5- Any convictions are to be disclosed and will be considered case by case

- Days of work
- Mondays to Fridays, between the hours of 7AM to 6PM. Potential for paid overtime. (40 hours per week)
