About this job
A Restaurant Manager is required for a busy Rangiora restaurant and bar.
Duties include - Overseeing daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth service. Leading, training, and motivating a high-performing team. Managing bookings, stock, and supplier relationships. Ensuring food safety and liquor licensing compliance. Handling staff rosters, payroll, and general admin duties. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience is a must and should have a valid duty manager, flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and evenings.
