Shift Manager
About this job
Work with the Restaurant Manager to ensure the overall smooth and effective operation of the restaurant with a strong customer service orientation, while maximising sales volumes and profitability. Offer leadership and support to all FoH staff during service. In the absence of the Restaurant Manager, the rostered Shift Manager will be the in charge of the Restaurant, Bar and Gaming lounge and will oversee the overall operations of FoH staff of the restaurant, bar and gaming lounge Deailed job duties will be disucssed and provided to the selected applicant
Job Requirements
Qualification : NZ Level 2 or 3 qualification OR at least one year of relevant experience in the hospitality sector as Shift Manager and LCQ certificate
- Days of work
- Monday to Sunday between 11 AM to 9.00 PM Rostered shifts (32 hours per week)
