About this job

As a skilled Meat Process Worker, you will have had six months experience using knives or working with meat products. while not required we will give preference to any applicants that holds a NZ meat processing qualifications or a recognised equivalent. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for a lot of duties including: Bonner slice high value, quality beef in to primal cuts for further processing or packaging for both local and export commercial or wholesale use. Taking pride in their work with strong attention to detail and the ability to listen and follow directions. Wearing Personal Protective (hardhat, safety glasses, steel toe boots, mesh safety equipment) as provided by the Employer.

Job Requirements

THIS JOB IS VERY PHYSICALLY DEMANDING. You must be able to lift at least 25 kg. Must have reliable transport to get to work Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test. Must declare any criminal convictions which will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
