Connings Pop Up is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead our checkout team and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction in the Nelson store. Do you have a positive, energetic, can-do attitude? Direct and organise the checkout team, ensuring the staff are working efficiently and doing the right thing

Manage customer flow through team allocation at the checkouts

Deliver and maintain exceptional customer service standards across the team

Handle customer queries, complaints and refunds

Accurately manage cash transactions and reconcile daily till counts

Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment

Provide the team with initial and ongoing training, encouragement and support

Job Requirements

You will have the ability to think on your feet and make effective decisions Lead from the front and inspire the team Have clear and effective communication skills Be capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while supervising a team Have a sense of urgency, excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workflow efficiently Deliver exceptional customer service

Days of work
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday Please note that this role requires availability to work at least one day during the weekend. (22 hours per week)
