Retail Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Supervisor to lead a dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, effective stock management, and smooth team performance. You will coach and mentor staff, assist with inventory control, manage cash handling, and support the store manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs. A passion for automotive products and a strong leadership presence are key to succeeding in this position. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and motivate a team to deliver excellent customer service. • Assist in managing store operations, including stock management and merchandising. • Supervise daily cash handling, registers, and sales floor activities. • Provide training and support to new and existing staff members. • Drive sales targets and contribute to store goals. • Ensure compliance with safety, store policies, and procedures.
