Chef /Cook

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Cook to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

-Ensure all ingredients and final products are fresh and of high quality -Follow recipes accurately, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients -Prepare raw ingredients and cook food quickly and efficiently -Bake, grill, steam, and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry, and other dishes -Arrange food attractively on plates or wrap takeaways for presentation

Kitchen Operations & Hygiene:

-Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following daily, weekly, and quarterly deep-cleaning routines (including floors, chiller, and chimney) -Ensure the kitchen and prep stations are properly stocked and ready for service -Order food supplies, organize deliveries, and restock shelves -Follow all food safety guidelines and workplace Health & Safety regulations

Menu & Catering:

-Assist in creating new recipes and planning menus -Prepare special orders for catering or bulk requests -Train and demonstrate cooking techniques to other team members -We are looking for someone who is efficient, detail-oriented, and passionate about cooking.
