Electronics Recycler

We are seeking an Electronics Recycler for our employer in Gracefield. In this role, you will be driving, making pickups from clients across the city, and can otherwise move between other areas, supporting workloads in dismantling and sorting teams. You will need to manage a physically demanding job to thrive in this position. This company process’s e-waste from a variety of clients, sorting, dismantling, grading, and preparing the material for further recycling.

Key Duties: • Load and unload electronic parts. • Dismantle, check, and weigh materials and products. • Safely dispose of hazardous materials such as mercury, lead, and brominated flame retardant.

To be successful, you will need to be well presented with good customer service skills as well as being efficient. You must also be able to work well with others and in a team.

You must have full class 1 drivers’ licence and be able to drive a van - that driving licence needs to be clean.

You must some experience with tools that could be helpful. The successful candidates will also need to be able to pass a drug test, however, minor convictions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
