• Engagement with existing customer base to administer their accounts. • Proactively contact account holders to arrange payments. • Respond to customer queries via phone and email. • Assist customer claims. • Confirm and update freight transactions. • Communicate with other departments. • Perform other duties as necessary.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role you will ideally have: • previous experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable, as well as general accounting / administration • strong customer focus and a positive attitude • excellent written and verbal communication and numeracy skills • attention to detail and accuracy • the ability to work effectively in, and contribute to, a team environment, but also work independently when needed • confidence using MS office software and the ability to learn production software.

Mon-Fri 7am-9pm (40 hours per week)
