About this job

Labourers required for a Ground Screw installation business based in the Albany area. This company is the international market leader in ground screw design and installation. As a labourer you will be responsible for:- • physically assisting in the installation of the ground screws, which are large, helical screws used as a foundation system. • You will be marking locations for screw installation, clearing debris from around site and levelling the ground where required. • Operating a designated drilling machine to create the initial holes for the screws. • Manually guiding the screws into place ensuring proper alignment. • Verifying that the screws are installed to the correct depth and torque specifications using measuring tools

Job Requirements

Skills and qualities • Able to lift and manoeuvre heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions. • Understanding how to operate power tools and machinery. • Attention to detail ensuring accurate placement • Collaborating effectively with other crew members to complete installation • Safety Awareness – Adhering to all safety protocols related to working with heavy machinery and on construction sites. • Drivers licence (restricted ok) and vehicle to get to the companies base each day. • Drug free • Site safe an advantage.
