Retail Supervisor

Preferred applicant with a tertiary qualification (management) and / or minimum of 1 year's work experience in retail management Key responsibilities: # Taking instructions from the Manager / Owner, # Assist Manager in ordering supplies, # Budgeting, # Stocking # Maximizing Profitability Successful Candidate may have: # Need to be punctual with good past work history. (to report to work as rostered time). # Attending to rude and unruly customers in the late hours of night. # Must be prepared to deal with situations were there can be ram raid, burglary, theft. # Must take full accountability on all financial matters during the shift. # Must have knowledge in budgets, stock control, accounts, stock take recording, service standards and compliance matters. # Should be able to resolve customer complaints.

*Reliable, must pass police vetting and drug test. *Punctual, able to work rostered time. *Full Licence *Minimum 30 to 35 hours a week (as rostered) must be prepared to work in the weekends, evening and public holidays. work time: Monday to Sunday 5.00 am to 11.00 pm, (work as rostered). *Minumum hourly rate: $25 an hour *Maximum hourly rate : $32 an hour
