Duty Manager

Duties for this role include but not limited to : Promote in-store offers, advertisements and promotions Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw materials to identify shortages Ensure stock rotation and handling of food items Prepare food items with the store staff Perform delivery tasks when required Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus Maintain Pizza Hut's product and services quality as per the set standards including product delivery standards Coordinating the effective, professional day-to-day running of the services Consistently looking at ways to improve the quality of our service Take feedback from the customers Respond to customer’s inquiries and complaints Ensure customer service standards are met Supervise and coordinate the activities of the store in the allocated shift Maintain and comply with Pizza Hut policies and procedure

Candidate must have at least 1 year of relevant work experience. Preference will be given to those with the food industry or those with Pizza Hut experience. - Should be able to provide previous work references.
