Seeking chef de parties - a line, section or station chef. The Chef de parties will oversee all activities conducted at your stations, such as food preparation, cooking and presentation. Duties will include: • Ensure food is prepared to the chef's standard • Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are followed • Monitor portion and waste control • Ensure kitchen area, utensils, and equipment are kept clean and organized • Monitor stock and ingredients within the kitchen • Manage and carry out kitchen administrative tasks

This role may start as a casual or part time role and move to permanent once you have proven yourself; to be discussed at the interview stage. The hours of work is Monday to Sunday with rostered shifts between 11am and 9pm. Flexibility is a must as from time to time may require working after 9pm if big bookings. Job Requirements

Some experience required in food preparation Great people skills and get along with others Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude Flexible and reliable Punctual to work with reliable transport Able to pass pre-employment checks such as MOJ, drug test and medical as and when required
