Chef de Partie

Seeking chef de parties - a line, section or station chef. The Chef de parties will oversee all activities conducted at your stations, such as food preparation, cooking and presentation. Duties will include: • Ensure food is prepared to the chef's standard • Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are followed • Monitor portion and waste control • Ensure kitchen area, utensils, and equipment are kept clean and organized • Monitor stock and ingredients within the kitchen • Manage and carry out kitchen administrative tasks

This role may start as a casual or part time role and move to permanent once you have proven yourself; to be discussed at the interview stage. The hours of work is Monday to Sunday with rostered shifts between 11am and 9pm. Flexibility is a must as from time to time may require working after 9pm if big bookings.
