Busy Cafe in Stonefeilds seeks a Duty Manager to lead their team. Responsibilities include ensuring proper staffing levels for each shift, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, handling customer inquiries and feedback professionally, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulation and managing Front of House operations. The role also involves assisting with serving meals and beverages and providing excellent customer service. Successful candidate will have some experience in similar capacity. Job Requirements
Must hold LCQ, Manager certificate and have Barista experience
