Food & Beverage Attendant
About this job
As part of this role you will be trained to work across bar & restaurant, this is full-time permanent position with minimum 30 hours weekly on offer, shifts will be flexible as per trade requirements including weekends, early mornings, late nights, split shifts. You must be able to work without supervision and maintain the set standards while manager on duty perform admin duties off the floor. Follow all lonestar procedure, order of service, floor procedure and house rules. Moving at the speed of the room. To communicate all issues or complaints to the Manager on Duty. Can carry 3 plates. Uses a tray to carry drinks and does so without spilling drinks. Communicates effectively in a work related manner with kitchen, bar and other floor staff. Assist new staff members. Maintains calm controlled manner when faced with challenging situations. Use Lone Star opening and closing checklists to ensure cafe is set up to LSF standard. Clean dishes when assigned to.
Job Requirements
Experience in fast paced environment in simliar sector for at least 2 years
