Otahuhu based car dealership are on the hunt for a full-time Office Admin - Receptionist (ideally someone who lives local).

Key responsibilities: -Welcoming and greeting visitors, directing them to the appropriate person. -Arranging and recording details of appointments. -Answering inquiries and providing the required information. -Answering calls, transferring calls, and resolving complaints. -Receiving and distributing correspondence, emails, messages and deliveries. -----------Maintaining office and reception area. -Perform clerical tasks including drafting letters, data entry, filing, scanning and photocopying. -Writing down and transcribing letters and other written materials. -Liaising with other staff to arrange meetings, Maintaining confidential files, records and documents. -Maintain current knowledge of the Acts, rules, and regulations applicable to repossessions in the finance sector. -Monitor customer reports to ensure payments are up to date. -Contact customers whose payments are overdue and ensure payments are received within provided timeframes. -Take appropriate action where payments become overdue. -Assisting with audits.

Job Requirements

Must have relevant experience of at least 2years and preferably live locally. A valid driver license is an advantage. You must be able to pass a MOJ/police check.
