Warehouse Coordinator
About this job
Order Fulfillment: Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup, including loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping. Inventory Management: Receive and process warehouse stock products, perform inventory controls, and maintain high quality standards. Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organised, optimising space utilisation. Documentation: Complete diary logs into inventory and report any discrepancies. Communication: Collaborate effectively with supervisors and coworkers. Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment. Compliance: Adhere to quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations. Additional Duties: Assist with tasks such as collecting merchandise, receiving and documenting deliveries, and training new employees.
Job Requirements
Proven experience of at least two years as a Warehouse Worker. Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems. Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to lift heavy objects (no more than 20kg) Current forklift license or willingness to get one. Knowledge of winery and vineyard practices is a plus.
