About this job
• Prepare burger patties, sauces, and a variety of toppings, including lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, onions, and pickles. • Ensure burgers are cooked to perfection by monitoring grill temperatures and cooking times, adhering to company quality standards. • Support the team in achieving daily sales targets and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs). • Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing workstations before food preparation and ensuring cooking utensils and equipment are properly cleaned. • Assemble and package burgers and sides appropriately for dine-in or takeaway orders. • Accurately manage order slips and prioritize timely preparation of customer orders. • Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and preparing the store for business hours. • The company also owns a food truck in Geraldine and you will be required to work at both locations as per the business requirement. • Will have to pass a pre-employment drug test. • Will have to pass a MOJ check list • Must hold NZ Residency, NZ Citizenship, or be legally allowed to work in New Zealand
Job Requirements
• Availability for weekend and late evening shifts. • Strong team player. • Excellent time management skills. • Physically capable of standing for extended periods. • Hardworking and passionate about the job. • Keen attention to detail.
