The role of a Merchandiser is to maximise the business performance within their Territory. This will be achieved by developing strong relationships with all customers, pro-actively managing shelf space, correct allocation of time and the building of displays that create impact in store, and effective distribution of new product development.

Our leading and iconic grocery brand is looking for a part time Queenstown Merchandiser. In this role you will be maintaining displays, stands and shelf locations of snacks products to a high standard to ensure maximum utilisation of stock for accounts specified by the Sales Supervisor and/or Territory Manager. Also ensures all tickets, for both shelf and promotions, are present and correct.

You will be working across two supermarkets so a full driver license is essential.

Job Requirements

• Experience in FMCG within sales, merchandising and/or Route / key accounts is desirable but not essential. • Merchandising experience in display building • Customer Service position • Good interpersonal and communication skill • Ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment • Some heavy lifting involved Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and police security check.

Days of work
Mon 5am-7:30am, Tues 6am-7am/7:15am - 8:15am, Wed 6am -8am, Thurs 6am - 7:30am/7:45am-08:45am, Sun 7pm -9pm/9:15pm - 10:15pm (12 hours per week)
