The Onboard Services Crew position is an entry-level opportunity to join the maritime team. Reporting to the Crew Development Manager, this role is ideal for someone looking to combine their hospitality skills with a career in the marine industry.
As part of the onboard cafe team, the successful candidate will provide outstanding customer service to both tourists and regular commuters while also participating in marine drills and gaining skills that will advance their career at sea.

Job Requirements
Applicants must be 18+ years old (due to handling alcohol). Applicants must hold a full driver’s license and have their own transport or live close to the Auckland CBD ferry terminal. All applicants must be able to pass a Ministry of Justice Check Ability to work across a rotating roster with varying hours. Passionate about customer service and eager to grow within the maritime industry. Reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure Deliver exceptional hospitality, including barista and bar services. Promote products and provide accurate information about services. Prepare the vessel for boarding by cleaning and restocking. Demonstrate a strong commitment to onboard health and safety measures. No prior marine experience is required, but a passion for the industry and a desire to grow a career in this field are highly valued.

- Rotating roster (5 days on, 2 days off), including weekends & public holidays, between 4:30am-2:00am (morning, afternoon, night) (40 hours per week)
