About this job
1) Managing and motivating your team to align with company values and expectations. 2) Assist the Director/Manager in Planning and managing rosters and wages. 3) Provide training to your team regarding new cleaning products and their uses. 4) Assist the Director/Manager in stock Management of cleaning products. 5) Schedule and manage bookings and appointments. 6) Assist to recruit, train and discharge staff under the supervision of Director/Manager 7) Provide a safe working environment for all team members by ensuring that company standards are met 8) In the absence of any staff member, you need to clean floors and rooms including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
Job Requirements
You must hold NZ driving license or Equivalent overseas driving license. valid Police clearance is required.
