Two Full time position is available in Panmure.
Develop new and seasonal menus. Estimate food costs and portion sizes to maintain profitability. Ensure menu items adhere to dietary restrictions and preferences. Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including cooking, seasoning, plating, and garnishing. Maintain strict quality control standards for ingredients and finished dishes. Ensure proper food storage and handling procedures are followed. Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation. Coordinate kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient use of resources. Monitor and control food costs to optimize profitability. Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in safe working condition. Regulate temperatures of cooking equipment to ensure food safety. Adhere to all health and safety regulations. Ensure that all dishes served meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. Address customer requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
Job Requirements
3 years of work experience working as a cook or chef in commercial kitchen or; Cookery qualification at least level 4; or any Bachelor degree plus 1 year experience as a cook or chef. Familiar with Korean Cuisine would be advantageous.
