Machine Operator

Hastings employer is seeking a few Machine Operators to join their team with an immediate start - Monday, 13th Jan. there are night shift and day shift positions available.

Your primary responsibility is to participate in the company culture to create a world where plastic is no longer a problem, this means that you need to be innovative, smart, think outside the box, be hungry for growth and ready to change. Key Responsibilities and Duties • Operate each machine safely as required and instructed by your supervisor. • Quality Checking – keeping a keen eye for defects and take quality tests every hour as the specs say for the product you are packing • Recycling - Sorting plastic bottles and preforms and packing onto palletisers and into bins correctly • Preform Loading – Loading hoppers with preforms, ensuring preforms are transferring to blow moulder correctly • Listening and looking for any unusual machine noises and immediately contacting team lead /supervisor to deploy a technician. • Restocking and preparing packagi
