Senior Store Assistant

Stock Management • Assist the Director/Manager/Supervisor in making a full list of all stock, maintain stock levels and determine how popular an item is before ordering new stock Maintaining Files/Reports • Preparing, sorting and storing documents and confidential files clearly and accurately. Customer Service Management • Meet and greet customers and state that they can ask you for further assistance if necessary. Food Preparation • Maintain Night ‘n Day Foodstores to the required standards. Security • Ensure that product sales with conditions such as the sale of cigarettes is done so with compliance to laws and regulations in place. Assist Manager/Supervisor • Ensuring always appropriate stock levels are maintained by completing the four-monthly stock takes and additional stock takes required Health and Safety • Ensuring compliance of all policy related to health and safety.

• Relevant work experience in customer-facing roles is highly preferred. • The Knowledge of business operations, including food and beverage services and customer service will be preferred • Must be able to work on roaster shifts and do the night shifts • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage the work and interact with customers • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure • Able to remain calm in a difficult situation • Hardworking and passionate individual • Attention to detail and Multi-Tasker
