Finance Manager

Finance Manager REQUIRED We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. This role is part time 20-25hours per week based out of our South Auckland branch, reporting to the CFO you will play the pivotal role of managing financial operations and lead a finance team of three to providing exposure across all finance functions within the business. Key Responsibilities Include

Oversee the financial functions of the business, procurement and asset management. Participate and contribute as a senior leadership team member to communicate and execute the company strategic initiatives. Prepare timely and accurate financial and exception reporting identifying financial implications. In conjunction with the CFO, set, forecast and monitor financial budgets and forecasts. Improve the overall financial performance, productivity, and efficiency. Ensure effective internal controls are in place ensuring compliance.

MUST PASS POLICE AND DRUG TEST

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related Field Chartered Accountant

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft and google Strong excel skills Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills Ability and willingness to mentor a charted accountant student. Ability to develop strong internal and external relationships across a diverse range of people. Ability to work in a dynamic ever-changing environment.
