Grocery Supervisor

We are looking for a Grocery Supervisor to join our team at PAK’nSAVE Te Awamutu to help us deliver the best customer experience and to motivate and inspire our team.

The Role;

Assist with the daily operational execution of our grocery department Lead our team every day by providing clear guidelines and instructions, allowing autonomy when required, providing support and training to new team members Play a major role in the store succession plan by demonstrating you are wanting to take on a bigger role in store What’s in it for you;

What are we looking for;

An ability to actively listen, plan, and be adaptable to daily challenges on the shop floor Logical operational thinking, reasoning and problem solving Leadership capability you can demonstrate Be able to coach, train and develop the team by leading from the front, set expectations for standards of performance and behaviour.

Ideally you will have had previous experience in a supervisory role, and have led a productive, well-trained team of people. However, we are open to applicants from other backgrounds who demonstrate the necessary skills to apply to this role. If you think you have the skills and experience to support the Grocery Team to reach their operational goals, and grow a well trained and engaged team then this position might suit you.
