About this job
Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus. Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly while ensuring presentation standards. Respond to guest inquiries, requests, or complaints professionally. Set up tables with proper utensils, napkins, and condiments, and clear them promptly after use. Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including floors, tables, and serving stations. Be familiar with menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary options to advise guests effectively. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Job Requirements
Candidate should have either of the above qualification/ work experience requirements i.e. One year of work experience OR NZQF certificate or diploma. Must be available to be rostered anytime from Monday to Sunday between 07 AM to 02 AM. Can be allocated split shifts depending upon the work load. Must be available to work in public holidays depending on the work load.
