The Opportunity
These are Chef de Partie roles for which you will ideally have 2-3 years experience in a high volume venue and/or a trades qualification. You will have a fantastic attitude, flexibility to work evenings and weekends. You will ideally have experience in Japanese, Italian, Spanish, and/or Asian Fusion cuisine. In these roles you will be responsible for: Preparing and cooking food to the highest standards in a high volume venue setting Portion control Storage of food and adhering to food safety practices Presentation of dishes to the highest standards Working with and assisting in the training of kitchen hands Following instructions of senior chefs (Senior CDPs, Sous Chefs, Head Chef and Executive Chef) The Benefits

Job Requirements
• 2-3 years in a similar role and venue (high volume. Our venues do between 300- 800 people per day per venue) • Experience in either Italian, Japanese, Spanish or Asian Fusion restaurants • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays • NZ Citizen or Resident
