A Paihia based employer is seeking a Duty Manager to join their team on a permanent full time basis. Looking for someone with: Extraordinary attention to detail. Experience working quickly and efficiently in a quality hospitality environment. Outstanding Communication Skills. A positive, Can-Do attitude and willingness to learn. POS system experience. Ability to work with management to assess and improve processes and policies. Uphold and enforce company policies. Train new employees. Address employee complaints or performance issues as needed. Ability to run the floor independently, address customer issues and complaints and adhere to liquor license law and regulations.
Must be able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Job Requirements
Minimum 20 years of age. Must have LCQ Duty Manager Cert Required (permanent, long term residents with LCQ only welcome to apply) Must be able to work nights, weekends and public holidays. Minimum 1 year experience required.
- Days of work
- Rostered hours from Monday - Sunday. Weekends, Public Holidays and Cruise Ship days are required. (30 hours per week)
