Assistant Restaurant Manager

A local nationwide fast food restaurant chain is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to work full-time permanent at least 40 hours a week. You will be accountable for all restaurant standards and for building the desired team culture along side Restaurant Managers. It's an absolute privilege to manage a team, many who are in their first jobs. You will quickly figure out how to focus on what's important and communicate to your Shift Managers clearly and positively. You will be guided and supported by a very experienced leaders, who want you to be the best you can be. You will need; • At least 2-3 years supervisory/management experience in hospitality or retail • Experience managing a team of 5-6 staff minimum is preferred • Great ability to connecting with people and customer service • Effective management style with proven experience on staff training, development and motivation • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to create a positive culture and working environment • Ability to motivate and lead the team towards success • Exceptional presentation, time management & attention to detail.
