Housekeeping - Team Leader
About this job
As the Housekeeping Team Leader you will be required to work within our busy housekeeping team. This is a hands on role, based in Wanaka, working within a team cleaning and ensuring our high standards of property presentation are met. Must have a professional work manner as you will dealing with guests, tradespeople, suppliers and team members and the ability to work under pressure with good time management skills. You will take pride in your work and in presenting properties to their highest level and be a friendly, supportive and motivating team leader. Work proficiently with cleaning products and equipment, ensuring safety and health and safety practices are met. Work closely with our office team and Operations Manager to pass on and help rectify issues.
Job Requirements
Must have proven housekeeping/commercial cleaning and supervisory experience. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. You will need a full Drivers Licence.
