About this job
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role supports the Club Manager with financial management, daily operations, and customer service activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Cashing up tills and performing account reconciliations Managing accounts via Xero (including payroll, general ledger, and monthly reports) Handling accounts receivable and payable Supporting golf shop sales, stock replenishment, and shop processes Overseeing bar operations (LCQ and Bar Manager's Licence required) Managing tee bookings and general club operations using Dot Golf Opening/closing the club, alarm and key holder responsibilities General cleaning and golf cart maintenance About You:
Experience with Xero, Excel, and Word Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Friendly, approachable, and a team player
Job Requirements
Clean Drivers Licence Licence Controller Qualification and/or Bar Managers Certificate Develop a thorough knowledge of Te Awamutu Golf Club's emergency and health and safety procedures. Identify and report hazards and potential hazards to the Golf Club Manager and or the Health and Safety Coordinator. Follow guidelines as outlined in the Te Awamutu Golf Club's OSH manual to ensure a safe working environment.
