Experienced Heavy Machine Operators/ Moxy Drivers

McKenzie Civil Contracting, a leading Civil Earthworks company based in Whangarei, is currently seeking dedicated staff to work at Kauri Cliffs Golf Course to work on a infrastructure project involving a reservoir, dam, and irrigation (spanning 500-metres long, 4-stories high) to support the golf course and it's surrounding land.

Must have ability to travel to site daily is essential.

What We're Looking For: We're seeking reliable, safety-conscious heavy machinery operators/ moxy drivers to join our enthusiastic and motivated team. Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Skilled Bulldozer Operators • Experienced Digger Drivers • Moxy Drivers

This is a fixed-term position with a minimum duration of 6 months, with the potential to transition to a permanent role.

Key Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience (earthworks, civil, moxy, machine operators) - At least intermediate level of experience in operating (T) - Tracks, (R) - Roller, (W) - Wheels - Clean Full Class 1 Licence is required; Class 2 and 4 Licences are a plus. - A self-motivated mindset with a positive, team-oriented attitude. - Experience with GPS technology is preferred but not mandatory. - A strong commitment to maintaining quality and safety in all tasks. - Convictions considered on a case-by-case basis - Pass pre-employment drug test and on-going random testing
