Fulltime Chef’s required for a busy Malaysian Restaurant based in Northwest branch.
Duties include: Inspection of food and food preparation; Ensuring all food is cooked to a high standard - according to recipes and standards. Take ownership of a designated kitchen section, ensuring timely and quality food output. Collaborate with the director and head chef to develop and adapt menu items to suit local preferences. Uphold strict adherence to health and hygiene standards outlined by the Food Act.

Job Requirements
Applicants must be reliable, not afraid of hard work and honest with the ability to be flexible to work rostered shifts. Training can be provided for the right candidate who has not worked with the cuisine , but experience in working in a kitchen environment is a must!
