About this job
Responsibilities can include data entry, document typing, invoicing, occasional phone answering, message taking, and online warrant of fitness entry. Proficiency in S.A.M. workshop software and XERO would be an advantage. Managing incoming goods, unpacking, pricing, stocking shelves in the parts room and showroom. Arranging shop displays, maintaining showroom cleanliness. Additionally, any other tasks that the employee can do by mutual agreement and experience.
Job Requirements
Prior experience in administration. Possession of a motorcycle driver's licence (not mandatory but preferred). Neat and presentable appearance, friendly and capable of interacting with customers when necessary.
