Store Manager

We are looking for a proactive Store Manager to join our diverse business at US2U Johnsonville. Our ideal candidate will have a strong retail or operations background and preferably some administration experience. You will also have previous leadership experience and a commitment to providing quality service to our Retail & Trade customers.

The focus of this role is to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our retail customers, driving sales and the seamless running of the store. You will support and motivate your team to be the best they can be, to deliver in full and on time and to achieve the results that are critical to our success.

An understanding or background in inventory management and pricing A passion for customer service excellence and the ability to manage customer expectations Strong organisational skills with the ability to forward plan and offer innovative solutions. Leadership capability and a solid understanding of how to motivate teams and inspire them to achieve service excellence All suitable candidates should be able to pass a health check and a Ministry of Justice check. An understanding of global logistics chains, importing requirements and warehouse management are desirable but not essential. The candidate will at minimum have a Restricted Drivers Licence, but Full Car Licence is preferred. The role will involve working closely with other senior team members and where appropriate , some blocks of international travel may be involved.
