Sales/Shipping Administrator (Cadet)

We are seeking a bright, energetic and outgoing person to join our Team We have a Seasonal position available in our small office environment for an enthusiastic, aspirational and creative Sales/Shipping Administrative Assistant. This Cadet position would suit someone starting out on a career in Sales and Shipping. This role requires getting to understand our customer requirements, entering orders into our Sales system along with a variety of administration work as needed. At times taking photo's in our busy packhouse environment requiring some lifting and displaying fruit to send photo's to customers. Interacting with our internal customers from our Packhouse/Coolstore and Orchard environments as and when required. This is a full time position that will require flexibility with working hours depending on shipping schedules.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn. The ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Problem solving skills and attention to detail are essential. Strong planning and organisational skills Ability to multi-task, manage your time efficiently and prioritise workload. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to their role, the ability to be at work every day, on time, to work the hours and times specified plus work extra hours in our Season.
