We are currently looking for a dedicated individual to join our team. As a Hammer Hand, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various tasks, mainly with constructing and laying foundations for new builds, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Responsibilities: - Assist carpenters and other tradespeople with various tasks on construction sites. - Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. - Measure, cut, and shape materials according to specifications. - Assist with framing, and other building activities. - Maintain a clean and organised work environment. Requirements: - Previous experience as a Hammer Hand or similar role in the construction industry. - Strong work ethic and attention to detail. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Health and safety awareness on construction sites. Job Requirements

Key Requirements: Class 1 Full Licence (for the right candidate, restricted licence can be negotiated). Convictions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Good work ethic and ability to contribute to the team environment. Previous experience in a Hammer Hand or a similar role in the construction industry. Site Safe certification is a must. First Aid certificate is preferred but not essential. Reliable and punctual with a strong focus on safety and quality. Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
