About this job

1. Control day-to-day operations by scheduling the labour, ordering food and supplying and developing team members. 2. Assist the Store Manager in maintaining the integrity of product. 3. Assist the Store Manager to serve high quality product to customers and ensure good quality of food and 100% customer satisfaction. 4. Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions. 5. Maintain Pizza Hut's product and services quality as per the set standards including product delivery standards. 6. Ensure national and local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policies are met. 7. Assist the Store Manager with recruitment, interviewing and hiring of team members, motivate and train team members as required.

Job Requirements

1. Relevant qualification (minimum level 5 Hospitality or Business) qualification or minimum one year of work experience in a similar role, full-time, working in the hospitality industry. 2. Numeracy skills and basic computer literacy are required. 3. Good oral/written communication skills.

Days of work
Morning and evening rosters for 2 positions, Mon to Fri (32 hours per week)
